Cole Chevrolet, INC is a community minded business.  We value the contributions that our local schools, civic organizations and charities make to our community.  As you might imagine, we receive hundreds of requests each year requesting assistance with events, fundraisers and various activities.  While we wish we could help with each and every request, it is simply not feasible.  We do provide each request the same opportunity for review.  Therefore, please complete the application below and attach any documentation you may have to support or explain more fully your request.  We appreciate your efforts and your understanding in this process.
